Disney hotels can be really expensive, especially if you are looking for a wheelchair friendly Disney hotel. I did lots of research into hotels in the area and found a disabled Disney hotel only ten minutes away from the actual Disney parks and for a lot more reasonable price! 
When we visited in April 2017 we compared lots of cheap Disney hotels in the area and found this came out as one of the more reasonable ones. We paid €70 a night for two people with a continental breakfast included at the Résidence Du Parc, Montévrain. This was a twin room with one double bed and another double bed that folded out from a sofa. It had a small kitchen area so you could self-cater. In terms of disabled accessibility, all of the hotel was accessible for a wheelchair since there was a lift to different floors. Saying that, we specifically requested a ground floor room so we avoided the faff of getting in a lift late at night after the Disney fireworks! However, the breakfast buffet was upstairs so you would have to take a lift for that. The continental buffet did get crowded at peak times so you had to watch people’s toes when wheeling around but most people were really considerate to my needs. The rooms were spacious enough to use your wheelchair in them and the doorways didn’t require you to collapse your wheelchair at any point so this was perfect for me. The only real downside as a wheelchair friendly Disney hotel was that there was only a bath and not a walk-in shower. My sister was a saint and lifted me in and out of the bath to wash but this cheap Disney hotel might not be suitable for you due to this.
Other good bits about the hotel was that there was free parking outside, free WiFi although this only covered the Reception area really and, during Summer months, there is an outdoor pool included in the price. However, the outdoor pool does have only have a short ladder rather than a hoist to get in and out. There is a small supermarket literally around the corner and this has a wheelchair friendly route to get to it. This was perfect for us as we picked a cheap Disney hotel to keep the price down so we self-catered using ingredients from here. It was quick and easy to make packed lunch sandwiches and pasta dishes. Also around the corner is Restaurant Palazzo which is pizza restaurant and takeaway. They delivered to the hotel for free and were open late. 
To get into Disney from the Résidence Du Parc there are a few options. Obviously with the car park being free to use at the hotel there is the option to drive in although parking prices at Disney can soon add up. The hotel itself runs a shuttle bus into the parks which is basically a mini bus with one step to enter. This costs €7 for the apartment no matter how many of you are staying there. It runs from 9am-11.30am and then from 5pm-11.30pm on weekends and only from 5pm-11.30pm on a weekday. You can book that by calling/ visiting the hotel Reception or by calling 01 60 31 74 00 since time slots get booked up quite quickly. My Sister and I had organised this cheap Disney break at a bargain price so decided we would use public transport since this only worked out at €2 each way. When using a wheelchair you entered the bus through a middle door and there was a ramp that extended here. The drivers seemed a little reluctant to pull this ramp up but some hand gestures towards this made them come out to help. The public bus stop was directlyy outside the hotel (Bois de Loselet) and you could take the bus 23 or 43 into Disney. Lots of other hotel guests were doing this and Reception was able to give us a full timetable. The bus ran around every half an hour and the last bus still gave you plenty of time to see the fireworks and then leave the park to board the bus outside of the main park gates.
